Accreditations
At Window World of Omaha, our customer-first approach and commitment to quality sets us apart from the competition, and we have the hardware to prove it.
A combined program with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Department of Energy, ENERGY STAR® helps us save money and protect the environment. EPA’s ENERGY STAR partnership utilizes energy efficient products and practices to help measure performance, set goals, track savings and reward improvements.
Since 1909, the Good Housekeeping Seal protects consumers—and we’ve earned it consecutively for 10 years. To earn the seal, products must undergo review from scientists and engineers at the Good Housekeeping Institute. The protection promises a refund or replacement for defective products within two years of purchase.
For more than 100 years, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) has been helping consumers find businesses and brands they can trust. As the leader in integrity and performance, Window World is honored to possess an accreditation of this caliber that showcases our strict standards for product quality and customer service.
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Lead-Safe Certification program is required by the Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule. Designed to lower the risk of lead contamination from home renovation activities, all firms that perform renovations must be trained by EPA-approved providers. Window World and every firm certified by the EPA are provided a certificate and identification number. Learn more about how we are EPA Certified.
The National Fenestration Rating Council is a 5013, non-profit organization which provides performance ratings on windows, doors, and skylights. The NFRC energy performance label can help you determine how well a product will perform the functions of helping to cool your building in the summer, warm your building in the winter, keep out wind, and resist condensation. For more information on the values found on NFRC labels, visit www.WindowRatings.org.
The AAMA Certification Program is the only program in the window and door industry that requires that components used in the finished window and door assembly pass their own set of performance tests. The program also requires the use of AAMA-accredited labs so that tests are performed by qualified, experienced professionals using properly calibrated equipment. And two surprise manufacturing plant inspections every year offer that added quality assurance that translates to peace of mind.
The System for Award Management (SAM) is an official website of the U.S. government. SAM consolidated the capabilities of CCR (Contractor Registration Database)/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. The new website sam.gov is the place where all businesses must register in order to be awarded a government contract.
Qualified Remodeler’s Top 500 and Remodeling magazine recognizes the nation’s largest remodeling companies for significant success based on annual revenue, total years in business, community service and accolades earned. Window World outperformed their competitors, securing the #1 spot of any exterior/replacement contractor year after year.
